And I’m not dead!

London was great! Cold, but great! We stayed at a great hotel and I had bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast for three days! The plane ride was a little bumpy, but we made it.

We spent most of our time there sightseeing. My dad kept recording and taking pictures of everything he saw. He couldn’t have been more obvious if he was shouting out “LOOK AT ME! I’M A TOURIST!”.

We ended up not riding the London Eye ‘cause my dad didn’t get any tickets. And we couldn’t find the Wax Museum. We went to a park, I can’t remember which one, where we were greeted by a squirrel that climbed up my dad’s leg. My mom took so many pictures of that squirrel… And my sister ran around trying to catch it. I could just picture her yelling “I WANNA HUG THE SQUIRRELY-POO!!!”.

We spent so much money on souvenirs! We all wanted to buy something for our friends and for us, so we ended up spending a BUNDLE! We bought post cards, key rings, refrigerator magnets… My mom got a grey bag with “LONDON” written all over and I got one of those “I’m with stupid” t-shirts. I’ve always wanted one of those! And I bought a grey fedora. Now my sister has a brown one and I’ve got a grey one. FEDORA SISTERS!!! 8D

Friday was “Grease” day. We took the underground to Piccadilly Circus and walked to the Piccadilly Theatre. The streets were PACKED! And most of the people there were Asian! It took us forever to find the theatre, and when we did it was five minutes away from starting. The play was great and, believe it or not, my favorite character is EUGENE. For those who haven’t seen “Grease”, Eugene is the nerd from the local High School. He reminded me so much of Karl… for who I’m developing a crush, by the way.

Yesterday we headed to Heathrow Airport to go home, and something hilarious happened there: we were walking towards our gate when we passed a security guard who said “One vision!”. I stopped on my tracks and said “Fried chicken!” and my mom laughed. Explanation: “One Vision” is a song by Queen which ends with Freddie Mercury and the guys shouting “FRIED CHICKEN!”. If you’ve never heard that song, DO IT NOW! >D

And now I’m back in the USA. I really missed you guys!

That’s right, DeviantART! Good ol’ numbuh007 is gonna spend Christmas week in LONDON!

My dad came home a few days ago and he had the naughtiest smile on his face. I knew right away that couldn’t be good. Then we he told us we were gonna spend a week in London, I almost had a heart attack! Me and my sister were running around in circles and squealing like mad.

Although this isn’t gonna be the first time I’ve ridden a plane, I’m still terrified as HELL. I’m terribly afraid of heights and I’m always fearing that the plane will crash.

My dad’s been planning our week through the Web. So far, we’ve got three things planed: going to the wax museum, ridding the London Eye and watching the play “Grease”. My dad had to plan things that give me claustrophobia… I mean, “Grease” is fine, it’s a great movie and all, but… he expects ME to ride a giant Ferris wheel when he knows I’m afraid of heights? COME ON! And the wax museum... Well, since I watched “Night at the Museum” I lost my irrational fear of wax dummies. Maybe some of them will come to life! xD

So yeah that’s pretty much it. From December 23rd ‘till the 28th I’ll be wandering the streets of London. I’ll try to bring back some pictures.

Better put on your protections, Brits… CUZ I’M COMING OVER!!! >D

Oh and if I don't log in ‘till January 5th… avenge my death.

I got her when I graduated the seventh grade. My dad took me to the local pet store and told me to pick a new pet. I saw a little iguana looking at me in an unusual yet interesting way. I chose her. I had always wanted an iguana, and my dad granted one of my biggest wishes that day. My mom didn’t like her, but I didn’t care. I kept her anyway. I named her Tiffany. Tiffany Juanita Clarkson. My first pet reptile.

We grew up together. She had always been there when I needed her. She was there when I had my first depression, she was there when my parents had a fight that almost led them to divorce… And somehow I felt that she understood me. It was like she felt the same way I did. I know this impossible, since she was an iguana, but we seemed to have a strong connection.

That is… until today.

When I woke up she was still asleep. I thought that was weird since she always woke up before me. I got up and made my way over to her tank and she still didn’t move. Poked her slightly, still nothing. Then I placed my hand on her back and felt… nothing. She wasn’t breathing.

… She was dead.

We buried her in our backyard, where we could always remember her. I have no idea what she died from, but it wasn’t fair. She was only six years old! I still can’t believe this…

All we have now are memories… The day I brought her home… The day we lost her in the yard… The day she bit my cat… The day she whipped my sister in the face with her tail…
The day she… licked my cheek.

I’ll never forget her.
